Shipping and Delivery
To request changes to your order, email us at contact@delsiva.com and include:
- Your order number (e.g., #1103).
- Details of the requested change (e.g., updating the flavor or modifying the delivery address).
Please ensure that all change requests are submitted at least three working days before your scheduled delivery date.
We advise against it, as packages are often sent to mailrooms or restricted areas, which may not guarantee delivery. For the best experience, use a personal address where someone can receive the package. Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries to such locations. Contact us for more details.
We recommend placing your order at least 2–3 business days in advance to ensure delivery by your desired date, especially during busy seasons like holidays.
We bake fresh daily and have limits on production capacity. If a date is unavailable, it means we’ve reached our production limit for that day. Plan early to secure your preferred delivery date.
Address changes can be made before 4 PM CET the day before shipping. Once an order is in transit, changes may incur additional charges and delays.
Our packages are delivered without requiring a signature. However, if you live in an apartment or shared building, the courier may not leave the package to prevent theft. Follow your package using the tracking link provided in your email.
At this time, we only ship within Switzerland. Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.

Product Information
Our cupcake and desserts are best enjoyed within 4 days of delivery. You can refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks or freeze them for up to 6 months. Please allow frozen items to thaw before serving for the best experience.
If consumed within 4 days of delivery, refrigeration is not necessary but recommended for freshness. For storage beyond 4 days, please refrigerate or freeze.
Most of our treats feature our signature buttercream frosting made with fresh ingredients for a rich and creamy taste. For details on specific products, check the product description on our website.
We may take photos or videos of your order for use on our social media platforms. If you prefer your order to remain private, please let us know in advance.
While we don’t currently offer customizations on flavors or toppings, we are always introducing new seasonal and specialty flavors. Stay tuned to our website for updates!
